About the President, Nancy J. Lewis

Nancy J. Lewis is a leading motivational/inspirational keynote speaker, trainer, author, and registered corporate coach.

Nancy is a former Dale Carnegie instructor.  Nancy works with organizations that want to develop their people’s potential and with employees who want more fulfillment in their lives and careers.  She conducts dynamic keynotes and seminars on customer service, leadership, diversity, human resources, and personal enrichment. 

She delivers customized, energizing, interactive, and content-rich presentations that provide strategies for everyday living. Nancy is a business coach and works with executives and managers to help them transform and enhance their careers.

Nancy is in the 2019 edition of Who’s Who in Black Atlanta, “The Ultimate Networking Guide.”

She is the former host of the radio talk show Sisters Together: Sharing Stories Straight from the Heart. Nancy is the host of the weekly television talk show, Conversations with Nancy J. and is featured regularly on local radio and television broadcasts. Nancy is a certified MBE.

National Speakers Association (NSA), Society for Human Resource Management, and Georgia Association of Water Professionals (GAWP).

She is active in many community and civic organizations in the metropolitan Atlanta area. Nancy founded the program Divine Young Ladies (DYL): Changing Hearts to Change Lives where she worked with urban middle school girls helping them to develop character and confidence. Nancy actively works with youth and serves as Board Chair for several organizations in the metro Atlanta area. Nancy’s heart is to make sure youth are equipped with the tools and skills they need to succeed.  

Nancy is also the Board Chair for a technical college in the metro Atlanta area. Nancy is the co-founder of Transforming Women Entrepreneurs (TWE), an annual women’s conference that is held every March. The conference empowers, equips, and provides wisdom, knowledge, and skills for professional businesswomen to succeed. TWE has been launched in Los Angeles, California, and Savannah, Georgia with future plans to launch in other major cities.
